Shipping policy
At Labels4school, all our products are made to order. You guessed right, we don't hold stock of products with names such as Jebediah or Peaches!!
- DISPATCH TIMES
Our standard handling time is 1-2 working days and the delivery times below do not include the handling time.
Our system has two rates. One for envelope sized items and one for small parcels. Labels typically go in envelopes and Mugs, Bottles etc go in small percels. If you order one from each section, it will take the price of the envelope (weight based) and add it to the price of the small parcel.

Standard - Royal Mail
Envelopes: Under 100g is £1.75, 101g - 249g is £3.20, over 250g is £3.65 or FREE over £35.00
Small Parcels: £5.15 or FREE over £45.00.
If your order is over £35.00 for small or £45.00 for large, delivery is FREE! Otherwise, delivery is as above. We use Royal Mail first class, so transit time is usually around 5-7 working days after dispatch.
- SIGNED FOR (Royal Mail)
Envelopes: Under 100g is £3.65, over 100g is £5.55
Small Parcels: all weights are £6.65.
This option is mostly used for gift purchases. It is 1st class shipping, but the recipient will sign for the item. The reference number that allows you to see who received it and signed for it will be texted or emailed to you after dispatch so make sure your email and phone number is correct! First class Royal Mail transit time is usually around 5-7 working days.

- EXPRESS DELIVERY (Royal Mail)
Envelopes: Under 100g is £5.80, over 100g is £6.50
Small Parcels: is £8.50
Express delivery speeds up our handling time - and the delivery time! It guarantees a 24-business hour dispatch time, and it includes Royal Mail Tracked48 which usually takes 48 hours to be delivered.
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Mon - Thurs before 2PM) (Royal Mail)
Envelopes: Under 100g is £15.00, over 100g is £16.00
Small Parcels: Under 1kg is £16.00, over 1kg is £19.00.
Your order will be delivered the following working day before 1pm and is signed and tracked so someone will have to be home to receive it. Cut-off for this service is 2pm Monday - Thursday. If you choose this option between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm, delivery will be Monday. If chosen over a weekend, delivery will be Tuesday before 1pm. It also includes a tracking number. The tracking number will be texted or emailed to you after dispatch so make sure your email and phone number is correct!

- NEXT DAY SATURDAY DELIVERY (Royal Mail)
Envelopes: Under 100g is £17.00, over 100g is £18.00
Small Parcels: Under 1kg is £17.00, over 1kg is £23.00.
If you want your parcel to arrive on a Saturday as you are placing your order between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm, this is the service for you. If you order in this period without selecting this option, you will only receive your order on the next working day which would be Monday. It is tracked and signed for so someone will have to be home to sign for it. The tracking number will be email or texted to you after dispatch so make sure your phone number is correct!

*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ***
(All deliveries will be done internationally by the Royal Mails trusted partners in your country. All prices are country specific)

Europe: There is Tracked and Signed. Europe is always the cheapest quoted price in each category below.
Tracked and signed includes insurance. If the item is undelivered (only recognised after 30 days by Royal Mail) You will be charged 50% of the total order price for the replacement. After the 30 days of non-delivery, we will then claim the fees back from Royal Mail and if we receive it, we refund you the replacement fee.
Rest of the world: Tracked and Signed. For these rates, Express is free and included on all quoted shipping rates. We strongly recommend using tracked and signed for.

- INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED
Envelopes: are £10.15 - £11.30
Small Parcels: are £11.40 - £16.90
This is delivery with tracking and a signature. Generally, you will NOT be able to track your item after it leaves the UK, although there are about 70 countries where you will be able to track it up to your door! Their delivery aim is 7-14 working days. Someone will need to be home to sign for the item!
