Who will deliver my order?

Postman Pat. He will drop the order in your post box. In the event it doesn’t fit, he will leave a little red slip telling you where he has stashed it! If you live outside of the UK, it will usually be the same Postman that delivers your daily post. For signed for deliveries, or next day, the slip will have instructions with how to collect the parcel.

What if i am out at a party when they deliver?

For standard and express services, that’s not a problem.
With signed for and next day services, in the event there is no one home to receive the order, Postman Pat will leave a little red slip which will instruct you on what to take with you and where the nearest post office is, which is where your order will be patiently waiting for you! International orders, they will leave you a note, call you or attempt delivery again a working day or two later (depending on country and carrier).

Can you deliver to a P.O Box?

We can only deliver to P.O boxes (UK ONLY) for orders that will fit inside your box AND are standard delivery or express only. (Basically, don't choose a delivery option that requires a signature!)

How do I track my order after I have received the tracking number with confirmation of dispatch?

All our items are sent via Royal Mail and you can track your item using your unique tracking number here.

Must I pay for shipping twice if I make two different orders?

The orders are sent per order number. One order number, one shipment. Two order numbers, two shipping fees!

However, if there are two orders placed at the same time for the same address, we will add them together.

Ordering queries

How do I place an order?

Easy! Just click on the pack that you would like to purchase and fill in the details that you would like printed on the labels, customize it with a picture and font, then click "add to cart". You can then "Continue shopping" or carry on to "Checkout".

How does the ordering process work?

-BACS / Bank Transfer

Once you have placed your Transfer order, you will automatically receive an email or text message (based on your notification preference) with our banking details and your unique order reference number for the BACS payment or Bank Transfer. (Please use the exact reference number when making payment to avoid delays). You will receive an email or text notification once we have matched your payment to your order and a final email or text once we have dispatched your item with a tracking number where applicable. Check your email or text messages! The first email or text (based on your notification preference chosen on checkout) should come through within minutes of submitting your order confirming your order, if you paid by card. Our card provider will also send you a confirmation email of your card payment.

If you ordered and selected BACS or Bank Transfer, you will have received an email or text message with bank account details, total amount and unique order number for the reference. A second email or text will come through once we have matched your payment. (if you do not receive this within 48 hours of making payment – Please let us know!)

And finally a dispatch email or text should arrive once we post your order to you!

General queries

Can I split a pack between two kids?

Unfortunately we cannot split packs as we run off an automated system but we do have a few different packs to choose from and you can also purchase sets of individual labels.

Can I choose a font / picture?

Yes!

In our Classic Range we have a choice of two fonts, Arial or Comic Sans. And an all new exclusive range of adorable pictures!

In our colour range there are several fonts to choose from as well as images and designer themes!

How do I choose iron on or Sew in labels?

It is one label. These are iron on labels which can also be sewn-in around the edges for extra re-enforcement when used for strong washing machines.

Can I have an "optional field" on my micro labels?

These are very small so just the name and surname is printed on these.

Are the iron on/Sew in labels good quality?

Yes they are very good quality as they are locally produced in the UK. The most important thing to do is to read the instructions very carefully before attempting to apply them – there are full written instructions and picture instructions for all the labels in the pack. The labels are suitable for home washes up to 40 degrees though so if the labels are for boarders or care homes which use very hot washes they may need to be sewn in as well (just 2-3 stitches on each short side should do it). If you are having any problems whatsoever, please contact us and we will tell you haw to resolve the issue.
