Returns & Refunds Policy

At Labels4School.co.uk, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer a simple and fair returns process.

Please note:
Because our products are personalised, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Non-personalised items may be returned within our standard return window.

 


 

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible (non-personalised) items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at info@labels4school.co.uk with your order number and details.

 


 

Return Conditions

For a return to be approved:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your personalised or non-personalised order arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Email us at info@labels4school.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item or offer a refund.

  • Faulty items do not need to follow the standard return eligibility rules.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

 


 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For returns over £30, we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

 


 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit once the return is received.

If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.
